For nearly 50 years, Vituity has been at the forefront of employing cutting-edge physician training techniques. At their 2022 Spring Symposium this spring, all attending Vituity clinical teams will have access to a multiplayer virtual reality experience designed in partnership with SimX.
Participants will don Oculus Quest headsets and work together to resuscitate a simulated patient in a high-stakes, low-frequency scenario. This is an equally immersive alternative to manikin-based simulation. VR-based medical education will support Vituity’s mission to transform care and improve lives.
“Partnering with SimX has afforded Vituity the ability to deliver high yield simulation training, a cost-effective and scalable method of providing CME instruction remotely,” according to Vituity Medical Director Diana Goodwine, MD.
