CBRNE / Organophosphate Toxicity

In this case, the learners approach a soldier who was found down after an explosion. On history and physical exam they find evidence consistent with organophosphate poisoning. They should apply RSD lotion and are required to identify the symptoms and treat with a duodote. If not identified quickly enough the patient may seize, requiring benzodiazepines and intubation.
