Matt Slattery is a 20-year-old Caucasian male who presented to the emergency department late Sunday night after being shot one time in-and-out through the chest. He was admitted to the trauma unit where he recovered quickly. During this scenario, students will have the opportunity to assess and manage care for this patient.
