Hypotension post Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Repair

Ernest Gomez, a 68 year old Latino male, is in an ICU room 2 hours after undergoing planned and elective TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) for a descending thoracic aortic aneurysm. He has been given morphine IV after complaining of overall “soreness” and pain in groin, and he is now experiencing paralysis. The bedside ICU nurse has called the APP.
