Neonatal SVT

7-day old infant in the cardiac intensive care unit recovering soon after coarctation repair. Patient is intubated with all post-operative lines, drains, etc. The patient is in hemodynamically unstable supraventricular tachycardia at the beginning of the scenario, and has already been given adenosine twice with no effect. Therefore, the participant should recognize that the patient needs to be urgently cardioverted.
