Pediatric Seizure

Patient has a history of febrile seizures at age 2 years and subsequent seizures since she was 12 years. No other epilepsy risk factors. Typical seizures consist of abdominal aura followed by loss of awareness then GTC seizure. She has failed several AEDs and is admitted to the EMU for seizure classification as part of presurgical workup for epilepsy surgery.
