Pre-Hospital Allergic Reaction

Patient presents after peanut exposure with known allergy to peanuts. Patient will require two doses of Epi. If not given, the patient will decompensate and go into cardiac arrest.

Learning Objectives:

1. Recognize anaphylaxis
2. Treat anaphylaxis with appropriate medications (steroids, epi)
3. Recognize decompensating patient and give more epi doses
