RL5 Radiculopathy

Patient presents to chiropractic clinic with low back and right lower extremity pain. Participant reviews intake paper work and vital signs. Participant then completes a history of present illness (HPI) regarding the patient’s chief complaint. Initially, the participant must use the patient’s intake paperwork, vital signs, and HPI to provide three appropriate differential diagnoses. In subsequent states, the participant must select appropriate examination techniques, interpret the findings, make an accurate diagnosis, and determine if imaging or referral are indicated. Finally, the case is successfully completed by selecting and providing appropriate therapeutics.
