Transvenous Pacemaker

A 45 year old previously healthy patient has presented to the ED with lightheadedness. He was found to have symptomatic bradycardia of unknown etiology. His heart rate is in the 30s and transcutaneous pacing failed. In this case the learner must prepare for and perform every step of a transvenous pacemaker placement.
