Melody Dixon, a 71-year-old African American female, presented to the emergency department with complaints of indigestion and back pain. Atypical presentation of myocardial infarction was suspected, and she was admitted for monitoring and further evaluation. During this scenario, learners must assess and manage care for a patient experiencing an evolving myocardial event.
