Scenario Description

This simulation takes place in the school district environment. Learners will engage in a coaching conversation with Kyson Potts, a nurse who has been in the district for 20 years. Kyson is having performance issues. Learners will need to assess why Kyson is not performing as expected, and develop an action plan for performance improvement.
