Sam is 45-year-old caucasian female who was brought to the ER by her brother. Brother reported Sam has been acting strange over the past couple of weeks. When he visited her, he noticed her poor hygiene, bizarre behaviors, and interrupted sleep pattern. A recent event was the detainment by ICE and potential deportation of her live-in boyfriend of 7 years. Her brother thinks Sam has auditory and visual hallucinations. Sam thinks she is dying slowly because her neighbors got rid of her boyfriend and poisoned her.
