Margaret Chan is a 69-year-old Asian female diagnosed with advanced metastatic non-small cell lung carcinoma 15 months ago. She has spinal metastases and has been referred to hospice for comfort care. During the scenario, learners must initiate focused assessments, communicate effectively, and provide appropriate interventions in the home setting.
