Ankylosing Spondylitis

35 year old male presents with complaints of 6 months of pain in low back and buttocks and general fatigue. Pain is over SI/gluteal region, worse in the morning. The patient also exhibits anterior uveitis. Manipulation will not help the patient. Imaging can be performed which shows pathognomonic bamboo spine. Appropriate patient education and referral necessary.
