Scenario Description

A 35-year-old male presents to the chiropractor with a headache and neck pain. The learner must assess the patient and view imaging studies including an MRI and x-ray in the EMR. The examination will include a range of motion, palpation, orthopedic, and neuro evaluation. Following these tests, the learner will find signs of cerebellar symptoms, lower brainstem findings, and central cord symptoms. Cranio-cervical hypermobility will also be noted. The learner must then document a diagnosis and discuss treatment options with the patient.
