Spinal Tumor

45-year-old Female presents with complaints of low back pain. This pain has been gradually progressing over the last 6 months. She has a history of NF1 discovered as a child. Currently has high blood pressure and diabetes. She will also admit to occasional loss of bladder function if asked. During the exam a left foot drop is noted. If MRI is ordered it shows a spinal tumor compressing the spinal cord and the L2-4 nerve roots.
