Patient is presenting to the local chiropractic clinic with complaints of low back pain and bilateral leg pain. Participant is not informed of patient’s complaint. Initially the participant must conduct a history and form a differential diagnosis. Participant will then conduct an exam consisting of vitals, ranges of motion, and neurological exam. Ordering diagnostic imaging are optional but could lead to the Dx quicker. Finally, case is successfully completed by treating patient flexion exercises as well as CMT to the lumbopelvic region. If extension exercises or CMT with extension of the lumbopelvic region occurs, it will result in the patient’s pain intensity increasing.
