Virtual Reality Simulated Patient Encounters

Lumbar Stenosis

A 67-year-old male patient presents to the chiropractor with low back pain and bilateral leg pain. The learner must perform a history and physical examination including a range of motion, palpation, orthopedic, and neuro evaluation. Following the exam, the learner will formulate a differential diagnosis and have access to xrays and MRI images that should help them determine the most appropriate diagnosis and discuss treatment with the patient. In this case, the learner will perform chiropractic manipulative therapy with the patient in the right lateral recumbent position.
