Carolina Samolis is a 4-year-old Hispanic female with severe cerebral palsy, seizures, a tracheostomy, and a G-tube. She was admitted with a fever, pneumonia, and otitis media. Upon admission, the gastrostomy site was leaking and the skin was very irritated. During this scenario, learners must manage the care of a pediatric patient with a G-tube.
